🚚 Delivery Information
We deliver fencing, timber and concrete products throughout North Wales within approximately a 35-mile radius of our yard in Conwy.
⚠️ Delivery Restrictions
✔️ Kerbside Delivery Only
All deliveries are strictly kerbside only.
This means delivery will be made to the nearest safe and accessible point at the front of your property.
We do not carry materials:
- through houses
- round the back of properties
- up steps or over obstacles
This is due to health & safety, insurance, and time constraints.
👷♂️ Offloading – We Take Care of It
We now operate with two-man delivery teams where required, meaning we will handle the offloading of your materials.
Many items (especially timber, fencing and concrete) are large, heavy and awkward, so please ensure:
- there is clear access for unloading
- a suitable area is available for the materials to be placed
🚧 Access Requirements (Important)
If your delivery location has restricted or difficult access, you must let us know in advance.
This includes:
- long carry distances from the road
- narrow lanes or tight turns
- steep drives or steps
- limited parking or unloading space
Failure to inform us may result in:
- delivery being left at the nearest safe point
- or delivery needing to be rearranged
⏱️ Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on traffic and workload.
🏡 If You Are Not Home
If you are not home at the time of delivery, your order will be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion (front garden, driveway, or path).
We will not leave materials in unsafe or obstructive locations.
