Delivery Restrictions
We deliver fencing, timber, and concrete items to most areas. However, there are some restrictions on delivery.
Concrete items and any other items that require two persons to offload must be assisted by the customer at the point of delivery. These items can weigh up to 70kg, so please make sure that you are able to lift them.
All deliveries are to be made to the front of the property (kerbside). We cannot carry items “round the back” due to health and safety, insurance purposes, and the amount of time that it would add onto each delivery slot.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on traffic conditions and other factors.
If you are not home
If you are not home at the time of delivery, our driver will leave your order in the best place he sees fit at the time. This may be in your front lawn, to the side of the drive, or on the path. However, the driver will not leave your order in the middle of a driveway or anywhere that it may be a hazard.
